## Instructions

1. In a bowl, add diced potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings (salt, Italian herbs seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika).
2. Mix the potatoes together.
3. Air fry the potatoes at 200°C/400°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, or oven bake at 200°C/400°F for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. While the potatoes are baking, cook up some diced onions in a pan.

## Equipment

- Bowl
- Air fryer
- Oven
- Pan
- Spatula

## Tips

- To avoid the tortillas from breaking when you roll them, simply heat them on a pan on low heat for 30 seconds on each side.
- To store the burritos in the freezer, when you're ready to eat one, first take it out of the wrapper or foil, wrap it in a slightly damp paper towel, and microwave for around 2 minutes (this thaws the burrito to ensure it isn’t cold in the middle), then air fry at 190C or 375F for approximately 5-8 minutes. This last step can also be done in an oven or pan.
