# Taco Potatoes

Simple and delicious taco-inspired baked potatoes.

## Ingredients

- 4 whole russet potato
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded chihuahua cheese

## Instructions

1. Pierce the washed potatoes with a knife, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake.
2. Cook the ground beef in a pan until finished, drain the grease, and add the taco seasoning packet.
3. Slice the baked potatoes open, add butter and sour cream, and mix the potato flesh.
4. Top the potatoes with the cooked taco meat and shredded cheese.
5. Bake in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted, using the broiler for a golden finish.
