## Ingredients

- 4 cups instant corn flour
- 3 cups water
- mozzarella cheese
- milk
- green salsa

## Instructions

1. Measure 4 cups of instant corn flour into a bowl.
2. Add 3 cups of water to the flour in the bowl.
3. Let the flour and water mixture sit for about 5 minutes so they can absorb together and do science.
4. After 5 minutes, wet your hands and knead the mixture until it forms one big, beautiful ball.
5. Grab a piece of the dough that fits in your hand and massage it a little.
6. Roll the dough into a ball and then smash it flat to form a disc.
7. In a separate bowl, add a lot of mozzarella cheese.
8. Pour a little bit of milk into the cheese.
9. Blend the cheese and milk together until the cheese melts just a little.
10. Take a flattened dough disc and add a little bit of the cheese and milk mixture right into the center.
11. Gently push the cheese mixture into the hole of the dough.
12. Close the little hole by bringing the edges of the dough together and smoothing it out.
13. If any cheese is left over, just take it out and put it back in the cheese bowl. Then, smash the pupusa again to seal the cheese inside.
14. Heat a pan on high heat.
15. Before placing them in the pan, give your pupusa a last little press and spank it lightly.
16. Place the pupusas in the hot pan to cook.
17. Constantly turn the pupusas until they get lightly brown and no longer look raw, and are lightly toasted on both sides.
18. To eat the pupusa, you can put some green salsa on it.
