# Kabeljau in Senfsauce

## Ingredients

- 1 Potato
- 0.5 Zucchini
- 0.5 Carrot
- 1 Cod
- 2 tsp Granulated mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 dash Lemon juice
- 0 Salt
- 0 Pepper
- 0 Dill

## Instructions

1. Cut vegetables into thin slices.
2. Season the cod with salt and pepper.
3. Mix oil, mustard and spices to make a sauce and pour over the fish.
4. Bake at 180°C for about 16-18 minutes.
