## Ingredients

- 1 meat
- 12 street-sized corn tortillas
- 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
- 1 oil
- 1 serving salsa
- 1 serving sour cream

## Instructions

1. Start by browning some meat
2. Then spray a foil-lined sheet pan and add street-sized corn tortillas
3. Add your meat, then add some Mexican shredded cheese
4. Bake in a 425° oven for 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt
5. Once melted, fold your tortillas in half
6. Spray with oil and return to the oven for 12 more minutes until crispy
7. Serve with a side of salsa and sour cream
