## Ingredients

- 65 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 65 g Gruyere cheese, grated
- 130 g feta, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 30 g self-raising flour
- 1 dash milk
- 1 dash Crushed black pepper
- 30 g plain flour
- 1 dash Veg oil for frying

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, add the grated cheeses and crumbled feta, along with the self-raising flour, egg, milk and black pepper. Mix until it’s well combined.
2. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, and repeat with the rest of the mixture.
3. In a separate bowl, place the plain flour. Coat each ball in the flour and set aside.
4. In a frying pan, heat up the vegetable oil.
5. You’ll know if the oil is hot enough by dipping a wooden spoon and seeing bubbles around it.
6. Fry the balls for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden.
7. Place on a plate with kitchen roll to drain the excess oil and enjoy whilst hot.
