## Ingredients

- 1 kg molida de res
- 1 catsup
- 1 mostaza
- 1 pan molido
- 1 ajo en polvo
- 1 cilantro
- 1 sal
- 1 pimienta
- 1 huevo
- 0.5 salchicha Polaca Pro Sazon con Queso
- 0.5 cebolla
- 1 tocino
- 1 BBQ

## Instructions

1. Agregar todos los ingredientes en un bowl y mezclar muy bien.
2. Formar bolitas con la mezcla.
3. Envolver cada bolita con tocino.
4. Agregar BBQ encima.
5. Hornear a 180°C durante 45 minutos.
6. Opcionalmente, dorar con la función "broil" del horno durante unos minutos.
