# Cheesy Tomato Pasta

## Ingredients

- 5 tomatoes
- diced onion
- black pepper
- salt
- chopped parsley
- shredded cheese
- cream
- penne pasta

## Instructions

1. Place five whole tomatoes in a pan with oil.
2. Add diced onion to the pan with the tomatoes.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Mash the tomatoes in the pan.
5. Add chopped parsley to the mashed tomatoes.
6. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
7. Pour cream into the pan and mix.
8. Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce and mix until fully coated.
9. Serve the cheesy tomato pasta in a bowl.
10. Garnish with additional chopped parsley.
