## Ingredients

- 2 whole raw banana
- water
- salt
- 8 whole shallot
- 1 piece ginger, sliced
- 1 whole green chili
- 15 clove garlic
- 0.5 whole lime juice
- 0.25 tsp fennel seed
- 0.25 tsp whole black pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 0.25 tsp garam masala
- 0.25 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp rice flour
- 0.25 tsp corn flour
- 0.25 tsp gram flour
- cooking oil

## Instructions

1. Peel the raw bananas and slice them diagonally into thick, fish-shaped pieces.
2. Optionally, create a small hole in the center of each slice to mimic the appearance of a fish.
3. Blanch the banana slices briefly in boiling water with added salt.
4. In a mixer, combine shallots, ginger, green chili, garlic, lime juice, fennel seeds, black pepper, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt, rice flour, corn flour, gram flour, and a splash of water to form a fine paste.
5. Coat the blanched banana slices thoroughly with the prepared spice paste and let them marinate.
6. Shallow fry the marinated banana slices in a pan with hot oil until crispy.
