## Ingredients

- 200 g zucchini
- 70 g feta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch pepper

## Instructions

1. Grate the zucchini.
2. Add the feta cheese.
3. Add the eggs.
4. Add the chopped mint.
5. Season with pepper.
6. Mix together.
7. Scatter the Parmesan on top.
8. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C (360F).
