# Bear-Shaped Pizza

## Ingredients

- 530 g flour
- 1.5 g instant yeast
- 12 g salt
- 15 g sugar
- 350 g water
- 15 ml oil
- 1 tomato sauce
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 basil
- 1 chocolate

## Instructions

1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a glass bowl.
2. Pour in warm water and mix until everything starts to come together.
3. Add oil and mix/knead until the dough is smooth.
4. Proof for 1 hour.
5. Divide the dough into three pieces.
6. Flatten each piece, add sauce and toppings and bake at 410 for 8 mins.
7. Add additional toppings and bake for another 5-8 mins.
