## Ingredients

- 1.2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 packet Asian braising/stir-fry sauce
- 0.5 cup boiling water
- 1 tbsp oil

## Instructions

1. Start with pork shoulder and slice it into thick pieces.
2. Use the back of your knife to pound the meat to make it super tender.
3. Add ginger, green onion, garlic, a splash of cooking wine to remove the strong smell, and one spoon of oyster sauce.
4. Mix everything together and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
5. Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the pork on medium-low heat until all sides turn golden brown.
6. Pour in a pack of your favorite braising sauce.
7. Add half a cup of boiling water.
8. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, flipping the meat a few times so it soaks up all the flavor.
9. Remove the lid and let the sauce reduce until it becomes thick and glossy.
10. Once the pork cools slightly, slice it into bite-size pieces.
