# Macarrão Pega Marido

## Ingredients

- 4 tomatoes
- 1 grande onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- Salt and olive oil
- 1 potinho de requeijão
- 1 potinho de sour cream
- a gosto Tempero
- 500 g pasta
- a gosto grated Parmesan cheese
- 150 g bacon

## Instructions

1. Chop tomatoes, onion and garlic.
2. Put on a tray and season with salt and olive oil.
3. Roast for 25 minutes in the air fryer.
4. Fry 150g of bacon.
5. Boil water for the pasta.
6. Place roasted vegetables in a blender.
7. Add requeijão, sour cream, salt and paprika.
8. Blend everything very well.
9. Pour the sauce over the pasta.
10. Add Parmesan cheese and fried bacon on top.
11. Add a little chives.
