## Ingredients

- chicken thighs
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- onion
- garlic
- mushroom
- Nestle All Purpose Cream
- water
- oyster sauce

## Instructions

1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Sear both sides of the chicken until brown and set aside.
3. Add butter to the same pan and saute the onion and garlic.
4. Add the mushrooms while sauteing.
5. Add Nestle All Purpose Cream.
6. Add water.
7. Return the seared chicken and cover to simmer for 20 minutes.
8. Add oyster sauce, salt, and pepper for seasoning.
9. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
