## Ingredients

- 500 grams chicken thigh
- 0 fat
- 1 egg
- 2 spoons minced garlic
- 0 salt

- 1 potato starch
- 0 water
- 3 tablespoons pepper paste
- 6 tablespoons ketchup
- 0.5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1.5 tablespoons garlic
- 0 sesame seed
- 0 scallions

## Instructions

1. First, we're going to need 500 grams of chicken thigh. Trim off all the fat.
2. Chop them up to bite size.
3. Make some batter: one egg, two spoons of minced garlic, salt, black pepper, one potato starch, and a little bit of water.
4. Add more water till you get this consistency.
5. Deep fry the chicken.
6. Make Cho sauce: three tablespoons of pepper paste, six tablespoons of ketchup, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, three tablespoons of sugar, six tablespoons of corn syrup, one and a half tablespoon of garlic.
7. Mix that jawn up.
8. Throw in your chicken.
9. Plate that jawn with some sesame seed and some scallions.
