## Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 2 stocks celery
- 2 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 1 chopped butternut squash
- bacon
- chicken thighs or breast
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- cumin
- paprika
- Italian seasoning
- ginger
- garlic
- sour cream or greek yogurt
- red pepper flakes
- fresh rosemary
- filo dough
- butter
- maple syrup
- fresh thyme

## Instructions

1. Start by chopping one onion, two stocks of celery and two carrots.
2. Add a couple of potatoes, peeled and diced.
3. Chop one butternut squash.
4. Roughly chop some bacon and chicken thighs or chicken breast for the protein.
5. To a large skillet, start cooking your bacon.
6. Once the bacon is crispy, add your chicken.
7. Season the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning, and ginger.
8. When the chicken is fully cooked, add your butternut squash, your mirepoix (onion, celery, carrots, potatoes), and some garlic.
9. Season with salt and pepper.
10. When your onions become translucent, add in some sour cream or Greek yogurt and the rest of our seasoning.
11. Add some red pepper flakes.
12. Add some fresh chopped rosemary.
13. When the potatoes and butternut squash are fork-tender, add your filo dough by crumbling it and putting it on top of the mixture.
14. Melt some butter and add some maple syrup to it.
15. Drizzle the butter and maple syrup mixture on top of the filo dough.
16. Bake until golden and crispy on top.
17. Garnish with some fresh thyme.
