# Frozen Piña Coladas

A refreshing frozen piña colada recipe made using a Ninja Slushi machine, served in a hollowed-out pineapple.

## Ingredients

- 4 oz white rum
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 4 oz cream of coconut
- 0.75 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Cut off the top of a pineapple.
2. Use a pineapple corer to remove the core and flesh from the pineapple, creating a hollow pineapple shell.
3. Pour 6 oz of pineapple juice into a pitcher.
4. Measure 4 oz of white rum.
5. Add the measured white rum to the pineapple juice in the pitcher.
6. Measure 4 oz of cream of coconut.
7. Add the measured cream of coconut to the mixture in the pitcher.
8. Measure 0.75 cup of water.
9. Pour the water into the pitcher.
10. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the mixture.
11. Whisk all ingredients together in the pitcher until well combined.
12. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi machine.
13. Turn on the Ninja Slushi machine to mix and freeze the piña colada.
14. Dispense the frozen piña colada into the hollowed-out pineapple shell.
15. Top the piña colada with whipped cream.
16. Garnish with a pineapple slice and insert a straw.
