## Ingredients

- boudin
- cream cheese
- sour cream
- sharp cheddar cheese
- cayenne pepper
- parsley
- crackers

## Instructions

1. Remove the boudin from its casing.
2. Add the boudin to a food processor.
3. Process until finely chopped.
4. Add the boudin, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese to a bowl and mix to combine.
5. Add a dash of cayenne pepper.
6. Mix to combine all ingredients.
7. Pour into a baking dish.
8. Sprinkle a little bit of parsley and cayenne pepper on top.
9. Bake.
10. Serve with crackers.
