# Fried Fish Snack

## Ingredients

- 18 liters 식용유
- 100 kg 생선

## Instructions

1. Empty the contents of several large containers of cooking oil into smaller containers.
2. Pour the cooking oil onto a metal mesh conveyor belt.
3. Place a large quantity of sliced fish onto the conveyor belt.
4. Transfer the fried fish to another conveyor belt to cool off.
5. Fill the plastic bags with the cooled fish snacks and seal them with the sealing machine.
