# Peach Baked Brie

## Ingredients

- 1 wheel brie cheese
- peaches, diced
- 1/2 whole lemon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- honey
- buttery toasted bread (optional)

## Instructions

1. Add a wheel of Brie cheese to the center of a baking dish and score the cheese.
2. Surround the cheese with diced peaches.
3. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the peaches and add 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top.
4. Drizzle honey on top.
5. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until the Brie has completely melted and the peaches have started to caramelize.

- If you are using canned peaches, check the dish at 15-20 minutes.
