# Crack Tater Tot Casserole

## Ingredients

- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 lbs bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9X13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Add the frozen tater tots, bacon, and shredded cheese into the baking dish and mix.
3. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, and cracked black pepper. Whisk well.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tot mixture.
5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the eggs are set and no longer jiggly.
6. Let it cool completely, cover with foil, and freeze.
7. The day before Christmas, thaw in the refrigerator.
8. On Christmas morning, heat in the oven at 350° until heated all the way through.
