## Ingredients

- 3 lb raw sweet potato
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 lb 93/7 grass-fed ground beef
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- olive oil spray
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 oz kraft fat-free cheddar
- 240 g nonfat greek yogurt
- 60 g sugar-free ketchup
- 20 g yellow mustard
- 20 g pickle juice
- 35 g dill pickles, finely chopped
- 15 g light mayo
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp water (optional)
- 100 g dill pickles, diced
- 50 g raw white onion, finely diced

## Instructions

1. Bake sweet potatoes at 400°F until soft, then mash and season.
2. Cook sliced onions until caramelized.
3. Brown beef with seasonings.
4. Layer sweet potato, beef, caramelized onions, and cheddar in a 3-qt baking dish.
5. Bake at 400°F until cheese melts.
6. Mix sauce ingredients together.
7. Top with diced pickles, raw white onion, and sauce.
