# Hibachi Clear Soup

## Ingredients

- 8 cup water
- 10 whole baby carrot
- 2 whole celery stock
- to taste white button mushroom
- 2 tsp chicken brilliance
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp white pepper
- to taste green onion (optional)
- to taste french fried onion (optional)

## Instructions

1. Cut the carrots and celery stalks to fit in your pot.
2. Very thinly slice the mushrooms.
3. Add water, carrots, and celery to a pot and bring to a boil.
4. Add chicken brilliance, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper, then stir to combine.
5. Let the broth simmer.
6. Place mushrooms and green onions in a serving bowl, then pour the hot broth over them.
7. Top with French fried onions before serving.
