## Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- 1.25 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- blue gel food coloring
- 3.25 cup APF
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 cup mini chips
- 1 cup crushed Oreo
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 12 Oreos

## Instructions

1. Mix together butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
2. Add blue gel food coloring.
3. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
4. Add mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
5. Chill dough for 1 hour.
6. Make mini dough balls and bake at 350F for 7 minutes.
7. Mix softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and heavy cream well.
8. Add crushed Oreos
