# Pistachio Cheesecake

A no-bake pistachio cheesecake recipe that's perfect for Eid.

## Ingredients

- 200 g biscuits
- 120 g butter
- 170 g cream cheese
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 1 whipped cream powder
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp pistachio
- 170 g melted pistachio cream

## Instructions

1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 20cm springform pan.
3. Beat cream cheese, whipped cream, whipped cream powder, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
4. Add pistachio paste and mix well.
5. Pour the pistachio cream mixture over the biscuit crust and spread evenly.
6. Pour melted pistachio cream over the filling.
7. Refrigerate until set.
8. Cut and serve.
