## Ingredients

- 0.33 a baguette
- 3 slices mortadella
- 1 egg
- 1 slice American cheese
- drops hot sauce
- little bit butter melted

## Instructions

1. Start by putting bread in a pan and press it well to make it toasted.
2. Place some mortadella on the bread.
3. When your pan or board is hot, break 2 eggs.
4. Put 1 slice of American cheese or cheddar or cheese of your personal pleasure on the egg.
5. Butter your bread well with a little bit of melted butter.
6. Put down the mortadella.
7. Place the egg with the cheese on top.
8. Add a little Tabasco.
9. Put the bread back on it.
10. Cut the sandwich in two.
