# Boursin Tomato Dip

## Ingredients

- 2 packs boursin cheese
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

## Instructions

1. Place two packs of boursin cheese into a shallow dish.
2. Mash the cheese using the back of a spoon until it is in an even layer.
3. Dice and seed three roma tomatoes.
4. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix well.
6. Spread the tomato mixture over the mashed cheese.
7. Garnish with fresh basil.
