## Ingredients

- 2.5 cups water
- 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Texas Pete hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons spicy ketchup
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

## Instructions

1. Add 2 1/2 cups of water to a hot pot.
2. Add 2 pounds of 80/20 ground beef to the pot with the water.
3. Break up the ground beef in the water using a meat grinder or similar tool.
4. Add 1/2 of an onion to the pot.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the pot.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper to the pot.
7. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder to the pot.
8. Add 1 tablespoon of paprika to the pot.
9. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the pot.
10. Add 4 tablespoons of chili powder to the pot.
11. Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
12. Add 2 tablespoons of Texas Pete hot sauce to the pot.
13. Add 2 tablespoons of spicy ketchup to the pot.
14. Mix all the ingredients well and bring the mixture to a boil.
15. Once boiling, place the lid on the pot and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
16. Take the lid off, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and mix thoroughly until everything is smooth.
17. Let it cook for a few more minutes until it thickens, then skim the grease off the top to achieve your desired consistency.
