# Cranberry Bourbon Sour

This is a tart and sweet cocktail with bourbon, cranberry, and orange flavors.

## Ingredients

- C water
- C sugar
- 0.5 C fresh cranberries
- 2 orange peel slices
- 2 oz bourbon
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz cranberry orange simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- cranberries
- orange peel

## Instructions

1. Make the cranberry orange simple syrup.
2. Combine water, sugar, fresh cranberries, and orange peel slices in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool and strain.
3. Add bourbon, cranberry juice, lemon juice, cranberry orange simple syrup to the cocktail shaker.
4. Add ice.
5. Shake all ingredients together.
6. Strain over fresh ice.
7. Garnish with cranberries and orange peel.
