## Ingredients

- 1.75 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, room temp
- 0.5 tbsp molasses (not black strap)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cup M&Ms
- 1.5 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 6 oz marshmallow fluff
- 1.25 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla

## Instructions

1. Whisk up your dry ingredients and set them aside.
2. Cream your butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Next, incorporate your room temperature eggs, vanilla, and molasses. Do not use black strap molasses, use classic molasses.
4. Mix until fully incorporated, then fold in all of your dry ingredients using a spatula.
5. Halfway through, fold in your mix-ins. It is easier to fold them in if the dough is not completely together yet.
6. Once you have the beautiful oatmeal M&M chocolate chip cookie dough, scoop out approximately 28 2oz cookie dough balls.
7. Chill your dough balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then bake on 350 for 9 to 11 minutes.
8. While those cookies cool, whip up your marshmallow buttercream by whipping your softened butter and marshmallow fluff for a few minutes.
9. Then incorporate part of your powdered sugar and vanilla and whip again.
10. Then add the rest of your powdered sugar, whip again on high for a few more minutes and you're done.
11. Pipe the icing onto one cookie and top it with another cookie to create the cream pies.
