# Hot Dog Focaccia

## Ingredients

- 1 flour
- 1 water
- 1 yeast
- 1 olive oil
- 6 hot dogs
- 1 relish
- 1 flour
- 1 mustard
- 1 pickles
- 1 jalapenos

## Instructions

1. Mix flour, water, yeast and olive oil.
2. Add relish and more flour if needed.
3. Place the dough in a baking sheet with olive oil, cover, and let rise.
4. Spiralize the hot dogs.
5. Once the dough has risen, make dimples and tuck the hot dogs in.
6. Add chopped onions on top of hot dogs.
7. Bake at high temperature for approximately 20 minutes.
8. Cut the focaccia into portions separating the hot dogs.
9. Add mustard, pickles and jalapenos and enjoy!
