# Healthy + Easy Granola Bars

Delicious and nutrient-packed granola bars that can be cut into bars, broken into clusters, or crumbled into granola.

## Ingredients

- 1 cup almond
- 2 cup cashew
- 1 cup slivered almond
- 1 cup pumpkin seed
- 1 cup sunflower seed
- 1/2 cup chia seed
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- dark chocolate (optional)

## Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except for the dark chocolate in a bowl.
2. Spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake at 350 degrees until the tops are golden brown.
4. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars, breaking into clusters, or crumbling into granola.
5. Drizzle with dark chocolate if desired.
