## Ingredients

- potatoes
- 75 Gram maizena flour
- 50 Gram wheat flour
- 1 Sdt salt
- 1 Sdt pepper
- 1 Sdt baking powder
- 1 Butir egg
- milk
- sausage
- ketchup
- mayonnaise

## Instructions

1. Dice the potatoes.
2. Pour maizena flour, wheat flour, salt, pepper and baking powder into a sieve, then sift.
3. Add the egg to the flour mixture.
4. Mix while adding milk little by little until smooth.
5. Coat the skewered sausage with the dough.
6. Stick the potato pieces to the sausage.
7. Fry in hot oil until cooked through and brown.
8. Add sauce and mayonnaise.
