# Boxed cake hack

An upgraded version of a store-bought boxed yellow cake using extra eggs, butter, and milk for a richer result.

## Ingredients

- 1 whole yellow cake mix
- 4 whole egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- 1 container hershey chocolate icing

## Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 315 degrees.
2. Mix the yellow cake mix, eggs, melted butter, milk, and a splash of vanilla extract together.
3. Pour the batter into a 9 by 11 pan.
4. Bake the cake for 36-37 minutes.
5. Remove the frosting from the container, melt it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, and pour it over the cooled cake.
6. Spread the frosting to the corners with a knife and let it set.
