# Capybara Potato Balls

## Ingredients

- 250 g mashed potato
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp white pepper
- 1 quick melt cheese
- 1 all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 bread crumbs
- 1 mashed potato
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 mayonnaise
- 1 black food coloring

## Instructions

1. Boil and mash potatoes.
2. Add cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to mashed potatoes and mix well.
3. Roll the mashed potato into balls.
4. Make a small indentation in each ball and insert a small piece of cheese.
5. Coat the potato balls in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
6. Arrange the coated potato balls on a baking sheet.
7. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
8. Decorate the potato balls to look like capybaras using mashed potato and soy sauce for the mouth and mayonnaise mixed with black food coloring for the eyes.
