## Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onions
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 fried chicken

## Instructions

1. Melt butter in a frying pan.
2. Add and sauté minced garlic and chopped onions.
3. Add tomato paste and mix well.
4. Add oregano, mixed herbs, and water and mix.
5. Stir until it boils.
6. Add heavy cream, then add mozzarella cheese and stir.
7. Add the cooked penne pasta and toss to coat.
8. Serve pasta in a bowl, topping with fried chicken and fresh parsley.
