# Miso Butter Pasta

A quick and easy dinner dish with miso, butter, and pasta topped with furikake.

## Ingredients

- pasta
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp miso
- 1 splash shoyu
- a lot furikake

## Instructions

1. Make the pasta and save some of the pasta broth.
2. Add butter to a pan.
3. Melt the butter.
4. Add miso and melt it down.
5. Add the pasta.
6. Add some of the pasta broth.
7. Mix it up.
8. Add a splash of shoyu.
9. Top it off with furikake.

## Tips

- Add more pasta water to loosen it up if needed.
