# Cookie Monster Cookies

## Ingredients

- 1.5 sticks butter
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- some vanilla
- a bunch blue food coloring
- 2.25 cups flour
- 1.5 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- some Hershey's chocolate

## Instructions

1. Melt butter
2. Add brown sugar and white sugar
3. Cream together
4. Add egg and egg yolk
5. Add vanilla and blue food coloring
6. Mix in flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt
7. Combine chocolate chips and white chocolate chips
8. Add Hershey's chocolate in the center
9. Chill dough balls for at least 4 hours
10. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
