# Cereal Cookies

## Ingredients

- 90 g white sugar
- 120 g soft butter
- 255 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 g baking powder
- 1 egg
- 45 g crushed chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Mix the soft butter and sugar until smooth, then add the egg and salt.
2. Add the flour, baking powder and mix, then add the chocolate chips.
3. Roll the dough into a log, then cut it into small pieces.
4. Place the small pieces of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
5. Preheat oven to 180℃ and bake for about 8 minutes.
