# Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

A simple and easy chicken parmesan pasta dish made entirely in a slow cooker.

## Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- garlic powder (optional)
- italian seasoning (optional)
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 16 oz pasta
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- asiago cheese (optional)
- parsley (optional)

## Instructions

1. Add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pasta sauce into the crockpot.
2. Cover and cook on high until the chicken reaches 165 degrees, approximately 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours.
3. Boil pasta according to package directions.
4. Shred the cooked chicken in the crockpot using a meat masher.
5. Add the cooked pasta and a small amount of pasta water to the shredded chicken and sauce mixture, then combine.
6. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the pasta mixture.
7. Grate Asiago cheese over the top of the mozzarella.
8. Cover the crockpot and let it sit until the cheese is melted.
9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
