# Pretzel Dogs

This recipe shows how to make pretzel dogs using refrigerated flaky biscuits and mini or large hotdogs.

## Ingredients

- 8 count refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 8 count mini or large hotdogs
- 0.25 cup baking soda
- 8 cups water
- 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

## Instructions

1. Rip each biscuit in half and cut them into strips.
2. Wrap the strips around the hotdogs.
3. Add baking soda to a pot of boiling water.
4. Add the pretzel dogs to the boiling water for 10-15 seconds.
5. Place the pretzel dogs onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
6. Brush each pretzel dog with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
7. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
