## Ingredients

- 1 whole potato
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup water
- salt (optional)
- soy sauce
- vinegar
- gochugaru (optional)

## Instructions

1. Thinly slice the potato using a mandolin slicer or by hand.
2. Combine cornstarch, flour, water, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add the potato slices to the batter and coat them thoroughly.
4. Pan-fry the potato slices in a single layer on a heated oiled pan over high heat until golden brown on both sides.
5. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and a little gochugaru in a small bowl to make a dipping sauce.
