## Ingredients

- tomatoes
- onions
- 0.724 kg ground beef
- salt
- paprika
- chimichurri
- tomato sauce
- 1 col light ricotta
- potatoes
- milk
- lactose-free cheese
- parsley

## Instructions

1. Slice the potatoes.
2. Slice the onion.
3. In a skillet, add the onion and the tomatoes.
4. Add the ground beef and season with salt, paprika and chimichurri.
5. Add the tomato sauce and ricotta and mix.
6. In a blender, blend the cooked potatoes and milk.
7. Add the blended potatoes on top of the ground beef.
8. Add lactose-free cheese and parsley.
9. Cover the skillet.
