## Ingredients

- 6 huevos
- 150 g azúcar
- 500 g queso crema
- 200 ml nata
- 150 g crema de pistacho
- 100 g pasta de pistacho 100%
- 1 base de galleta María con mantequilla

## Instructions

1. Añadir todos los ingredientes en un bol.
2. Mezclarlo con el Thermomix o con una batidora.
3. Extender una base de galleta con mantequilla en un molde.
4. Verter la mezcla en el molde con la base de galleta.
5. Llevar al horno hasta obtener la textura perfecta.
6. Dejar reposar.
7. Añadir salsa de pistacho.
8. Espolvorear pistachos troceados.
