## Ingredients

- 6 onions
- 1 glass water
- 1 bowl rice
- 1 handful dill
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 handful garlic
- 1 bowl tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon spices
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bowl tomato sauce

## Instructions

1. Cut the ends off and peel the onions. Cut a slit all the way through the center, but not enough to cut them in half.
2. Add the onions to a microwave safe bowl with some water and let them steam for a few minutes in the microwave.
3. Make the filling: Mix rice, dill, parsley, garlic, tomatoes, spices, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and lemon juice.
4. Once the onions are steamed and they've cooled enough for you to handle, stuff them and roll them up.
5. Place the stuffed onions in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish.
6. Pack them tightly so they don't open when you're baking.
7. Pour tomato sauce over the onions.
8. Cover with parchment paper and foil and bake until tender.
