## Ingredients

- 280 g Natural Yogurt
- 350 g Self Raising Flour
- 0.5 tsp salt

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix your flour and yogurt until it becomes shaggy.
2. Pour the dough out onto a floured work surface and knead for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. The dough will look like this, cover and rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
4. On a well-floured surface, cut the dough into 8 or 10 pieces.
5. Fold the dough inwards to create a rough ball.
6. Dip both sides of the dough in flour and roll it out as thin as you can, adding more flour if it starts feeling sticky.
7. Once you've rolled them out, make sure you lay them on a floured surface.
8. Preheat your frying pan until it's really warm.
9. Brush off any excess flour you can and throw it in the pan.
10. Press it down on the first side, flip it over and press it down again.
11. Keep flipping it every 15 seconds.
12. Once they're cooked, add them to a bowl with a tea towel and cover them up to keep them warm and soft.
