# Peach and Baked Brie

## Ingredients

- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- diced peaches
- 0.5 lemon
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- honey
- toasted bread

## Instructions

1. Add a wheel of Brie cheese to the center of a baking dish.
2. Score the cheese in a diamond pattern.
3. Slice the peach into small, even pieces.
4. Surround the cheese with diced peaches.
5. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the peaches.
6. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top.
7. Drizzle honey on top.
8. Bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brie has completely melted and the peaches have started to caramelize.
9. Serve with buttery toasted bread.
