# Soft & Spreadable Whipped Butter

A soft and spreadable whipped butter recipe made with avocado oil.

## Ingredients

- 2 sticks butter
- 0.75 cup oil of choice
- 0.25 teaspoon salt

## Instructions

1. Place the butter and oil of choice in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with the kitchenaid mixer.
3. Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix again.
4. Add salt.
5. Mix until smooth.
6. Pour into a 2 cup container.
7. Place in the fridge overnight.
8. Spread on a bagel.

## Tips
