# Beef and Shells

## Ingredients

- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
- Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 box shell pasta
- 0.5 cup milk
- 0.5 cup cheese
- 0.25 cup sour cream

## Instructions

1. Unpack the ground beef and add it to a large pan.
2. Brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a meat masher.
3. Season the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.
4. Stir the seasonings into the ground beef until combined.
5. Remove the cooked ground beef from the pan and set aside.
6. Dice one onion.
7. Cook the shell pasta in boiling water until al dente.
8. Add olive oil to the pan where the beef was cooked.
9. Add the diced onion to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
10. Add minced garlic to the pan and stir.
11. Add two tablespoons of flour to the pan and mix with the onions and garlic.
12. Deglaze the pan with one cup of beef broth and mix well.
13. Add one jar of pasta sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
14. Season the sauce with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
15. Mix the seasonings into the sauce.
16. Add the cooked shell pasta to the pan with the sauce.
17. Add the cooked ground beef back into the pan.
18. Stir all ingredients together.
19. Pour half a cup of milk into the mixture and stir until combined.
20. Add a quarter cup of sour cream to the mixture.
21. Add half a cup of shredded cheese to the mixture and stir until creamy.
22. Serve the beef and shells in a bowl.
