# Korean Marinated Eggs (Mayak Gyeran)

## Ingredients

- 10 egg
- 3 whole green onion, chopped
- 6 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole thai red chili, chopped
- 2 whole jalapeno, chopped
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup dashi stock

## Instructions

1. Boil eggs for exactly 7 minutes.
2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath.
3. Crack the shell with a spoon and peel.
4. Combine green onion, garlic, thai red chili, jalapeno, soy sauce, honey, roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, and dashi stock in a glass container.
5. Add peeled eggs to the marinade.
6. Let the eggs rest in the marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
